Suzanne Pekow is an independent radio, print and multimedia journalist in Minneapolis, Minn. She's currently doing a research project for
American RadioWorks, American Public Media's documentary unit, in Saint Paul.
Suzanne has interned for American RadioWorks, worked in the Live Events department of Minnesota Public Radio, contributed to MPR's
All Things Considered, and assisted in the weekly production of
Word for Word. She has worked with
Marketplace and has done freelance audio work with popular programs like
Weekend America and
RadioLab. Suzanne's work has appeared on
American RadioWorks' Eppy-winning web site;
Thrive NYC;
NYU's Pavement Pieces, and other publications. She also led the
Word for Word discussion on Gather.com.
Suzanne has a master's degree in journalism from NYU. She is also a proud graduate of the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor, where she received a bachelor's degree in choral music education in 2003.
